The\u00a0<strong>fine<\/strong>\u00a0will be sent by registered letter with confirmation of receipt.<\/p>\n<p>When you receive a fine, you can dispute it if you do not agree. To do so, you must use the\u00a0<strong>objection\u00a0form<\/strong>. The objection form in which you dispute the fine and all the arguments and evidence attached thereto must be sent\u00a0<strong>by registered letter<\/strong>\u00a0to the following address: Stad Antwerpen P\/A Modero \u2013 Mechelsesteenweg 203 \u2013 2018 Antwerpen \u2013 Belgi\u00eb\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>The objection form\u00a0<strong>must<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>be received by the sanctioning official within a period of 30 days<\/strong>\u00a0starting from the date on which the notification of the fine was sent.<\/p>\n<p>Objections must be submitted\u00a0<strong>by registered letter\u00a0<\/strong>and must include\u00a0<strong>all\u00a0<\/strong>arguments and evidence\/supporting documents, such as the Vehicle Registration Certificate, the European Certificate of Conformity or official proof of the fact that your vehicle meets a higher European emission standard. Objections that are not sent by registered letter or that are sent late will not be processed.
